1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WHAMM, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the application.

2. Description of the Service

WHAMM is a free portfolio monitoring tool for Hyperliquid. It allows you to view balances, positions, liquidation risk, and P&L of one or more public wallet addresses.

3. Limitation of Liability

WHAMM is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The data displayed comes from the public Hyperliquid API and may contain inaccuracies or delays. We assume no liability for financial losses, trading decisions, or damages resulting from the use of the app. WHAMM is not a financial advisory tool.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Not use the service for illegal activities.
Not attempt to compromise the security of the app or its users.
Not add wallet addresses that you do not legitimately own.

5. Account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your Google account. You may delete your account at any time by writing to info@whamm.app.

6. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, without notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer's residence shall have jurisdiction.
